My husband and are working with Lana McDonald to buy our Florida home. Since we live in another state, and can only come to Florida every few months to look at houses, we've really had to rely on Lana to check out the houses for us. She is very thorough, takes exceptional photographs, and has saved us from making mistakes more than once by pointing out things we hadn't thought about or were unaware of. We've learned so much from her. She takes all the time we need to get our questions answered, and although we know she's very busy, she never makes us feel rushed or like we're taking up too much of her time. She's very efficient, professional,courteous and puts the needs of her clients first.
We've tried to worked with agents before who were hard to get hold of, didn't return calls or emails in a timely manner, etc. Not so with Lana, we sometimes get an email or call from her just as we were going to contact her, with information we needed, as if she had anticipated just what was on our minds!
There was one house in particular that we really wanted, but we lost to a competitive offer. Lana, knowing how dissapointed we were, kept track of that pending sale and let us know immediately when that sale fell through and the house came back on the market, and we are now under contract on it! Had it not been for her dilligence and fast acting, we would probably have lost out on our perfect home a second time. Now that's service and professionalism!
We highly recommend Lana McDonald to anyone who needs an efficient, no nonsense Realtor, who is personable and makes the process of buying or selling a home as smooth as one could hope for. She really goes above and beyond. Rosalie and Patrick Lacey
