Buyer's Agent - St Pete Primarily, But Go Where Needed!

As part of Team DaySells, I have been working as a Buyer's Rep for the past 3 years.  While I can certainly handle a listing as well, Buyers (especially first time homebuyers) are my passion.  The teacher in me loves to help Buyers through the process - and this market certainly has a lot to teach a person!  In addition, I was a bookkeeper in my previous life and love to look at the numbers (stats & area sales) to analyze the value of a property.  I have talked people OUT of buying a house because the value wasn't there.
