Justin Hayward joined Dean & DeWitt Properties in December of 2005. He is recently married and resides in North St Petersburg, staying close to his area of focus in Old Northeast and surrounding neighborhoods.
Prior to moving to the Saint Petersburg area, he held positions in retail management and telecommunications systems management. In order to succeed, both of these industries demanded a strong analytical mindset and organizational skills.
Upon moving to St Petersburg, he and Justin Dean formed a property management firm, specializing in historic, garden style apartment properties and single family homes in the downtown St Petersburg and Historic Old Northeast Neighborhoods. The business realized unprecedented, double digit growth every quarter for the first year. By learning how to analyze properties from an investor's perspective, Justin was able to look at Real Estate from an angle that most new agents could not. "A Real Estate purchase isn't just about ammenities you desire, square footage and size of bedrooms; rather a large picture of building wealth and security long term".
